These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and 125win (hereinafter "125win", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://125win.cam.

By accessing the 125win platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all features of the 125win platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery products, promotional offers, and all related customer support interactions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 125win website, web application, and any associated mobile-optimised interface operated at https://125win.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform, holding all personal information, balance, and transaction history.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on an event, game outcome, or casino product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawal privileges are activated on a User's Account.
• "Rollover Requirement" means the minimum total wagering amount required before Bonus Funds or bonus-linked winings may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a User restricts their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an active Account on the 125win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 125win enforces a strict21+ policy and will conduct age verification checks during KYC review.
• You are registering as an individual your own name and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a125win employee or any affiliated entity.
• You are accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis solely for entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform under a prior Account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly when it changes.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a password of your choosing. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. 125win will not be liable for any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain current account information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal data changes — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified 125win of a suspected security breach. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings.

All deposits to a125win Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supported by all major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH) — credited to MYR balance at prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits of the chosen payment method. 125win does not impose additional processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited must be sourced from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification.125win aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.

The above timeframes are indicative and may be subject to delays during system maintenance windows, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 125win does not accept liability for delays caused by the User's payment provider or financial institution.

125win offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time of availability. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to rollover requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified validity period of each promotion. Unused bonus amounts expire automatically upon the deadline.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to another Account.
• 125win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Abuse of promotional systems — including but not limited to bonus hunting, exploitation of promotional lopholes, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and may result in Account suspension.
• Players who have self-excluded or applied voluntary deposit limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers.

All bets placed on the 125win Platform — whether on sports events such as EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, AFF Cup games, or World Cup qualifying rounds, or on casino products including live dealer tables and slot games — are subject to the following general rules:

A bet is only accepted and valid once a unique transaction reference number has been generated and displayed to the User. No oral, email, or live-chat communication shall constitute an accepted wager. 125win reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on eroneous odds.

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, incomplete or abandoned events (where applicable settlement rules do not provide for a result), match-fixing investigations by governing sporting bodies, or confirmed system errors. In the event of a void bet, the original stake shall be returned to the Account Balance.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply on a per-market, per-game, and per-event basis and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted by 125win at any time without prior notice, including on a per-Account basis where unusual betting patterns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 125win Platform. A breach of any prohibition in this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any software to automate betting activity or gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.125win maintains full AML compliance procedures and will report suspicious transactions to authorities.
• Minor Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward125win staff or other Users.

All content on the 125win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 125win or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 125win.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 125win, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any technical errors, system failures, or data transmission delays beyond125win's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game displays, or result publications where correction or void procedures have been applied in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain Account security or safeguard login credentials.

125win is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Users. The following tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time via Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and forced logout timers to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net bet activity.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining Balance in accordance with Section 6.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 125win Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, 125win may elect to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, or refer the matter to a competent court of jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits125win's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
